For nearly as long as you have been questioning it.
Sony's 'strategy' brought me on board,a consumer of all things.
And I think that you're 'thinking' is flawed, even somewhat unscrupulous to an extent.Nice try but lacking of certain subtleties that would have allowed it to go unnoticed,As it stands now,I disagree completely.
You're acute sense of observation serves you well.As does mine.
Socomer, that "box" you spoke of has been opened.I am in effect, agreeing with you.=)
It would be interesting to know what percentage of overall br revenue Sony generates and/or receives. To put things into perspective if you will.
The PS3 certainly factors into the equation so is therefore relevant when discussing BR sales.I view this as positive news,a pleasant change from the norm.BR and the PS3 are intrinsically linked, the success or failure of BR will reflect strongly on the PS3's overall achievements and vice versa to a lesser extent.
Good news.
You mean you actually 'played' it before coming to a conclusion on it's potential qualities? Interesting, believing and knowing are two different things I suppose.
Wish I could have tried it......soon enough,soon enough =)
@Spoony-Eternal Darkness you say?,I had completely forgotten about that often overlooked gem.A little repetitive but still a good game nonetheless.Good call =)
Of despair and disappointment were presented as 'news' I can only imagine what would become of this site.
The people approving this may well be blinded by their own misguided ambitions. The inevitable mass exodus that will follow is perhaps closer than previously thought.
When no one is there to listen why bother to speak?
comparable to Infamous isn't an easy task but 'drag the lake' and see what you catch.I have played both, like both for varying reasons, but those reasons leave little room for a subjective comparison.Infamous is the better game(imo) but Crackdown is alive on two legs and can hold it's own.I was a little less confused with Infamous vs.Prototype.
New orders for the band unfortunately the beat is the same.
That is closer to the truth than any hypothetical scenario could ever hope to imitate.Perception and preference dictate.
bubs =)
Always wanted one of those........I think?
Price was never an issue(for myself at least).Having both again would be ideal I suppose but then again that same idea proved inherently flawed twice before. If price weren't an issue.....I am already past that ' barrier'.For me it's games, functionality, reliability and personal preference. If I could buy one and get the other free then price would definitely not be an issue.
While slow to start has recently picked up.I have seen numerous Infamous commercials lately(here in Adanac) on TSN of all places.I am of the opinion that while advertising has it's place,it can also be detrimental unless used sparingly.I see one more Mcdonald's,Grey Goose or Dos Equis commercial and I am having my cable disconnected and retreating into the hills.
No advertisement convinced me to purchase a PS3 or little else for that matter, but everyone is different.
Advertise Son...
Or something altogether different.Personally I would rather something different, not because I don't think Killzone3 wouldn't be great but because my FPS addiction has been cured via multiple treatments.
Killzone2,while not perfect was a refreshing take on the genre, the feeling of weight, oft criticised, was a nice touch and the environments(grey, mundane, etc) actually helped convey the idea of a bleak, war torn world at the back end of the universe.
GG has the engine, the talent, the ex...
Rest assured the X-Box Lifestyle sites have attained a higher moral ground paired with a steady flow of 'worthy' articles. No,but we'll go with it.
'youre the best around, nothing is ever gonna keep you down, youre the best......" LOL iheartboobs, used to hate that song, strangely fitting now.=)
Not really haiku but laziness on my part lol,I can hardly muster the wherewithal to comment on such mundane, repetitive nonsense.
Haiku sounds good though, from this moment forward.....everyone should comment in haiku form hehehe.=)
Bubbles to all Haiku users, for good measure.
'Cod4 is a generic war shooter that takes itself far too seriously'.
Agree completely, adding only 'and is taken far too seriously'.
Turned into hysterical crusade. We are not laughing with you,rather....
Throw some gas on the fire......but don't stand too close.
Not even remotely amusing.
Sagat was no such 'defacto' killer in previous, albeit more balanced SF games.Ryu,played with patience(STRESS PATIENCE) and skill was easily a match for any Sagat guru, and if all else failed,a skillful Guile could work wonders.Sagat then was reach+damage-counters and combos,Sagat now is reach+damage+quick recovery times+decent combos-unpredictability.Zangie f is a niche character, easy power moves but susceptible to deliberate ranged play.Ken,while lacking any real weakness, exhibits no real st...
LOL,but doesn't Seth in fact posses a "move" that sends you to Dragonball-Z and simultaneously erases all memory of Rufus,T-Hawk,Abel etc......NO? unfortunate indeed.
New Ryu meet old Ryu,one of these things just doesn't belong.Sagat overpowered? hell no,all Sagat players agree,he is perfectly balanced.
Guile was once my favorite character, once being key.SF2 Turbo you say? you mean that balanced, fun, technically sound SF of years past? tell me more about this "Turbo&...
Infamous commercials were making some decent loops on tsn for awhile, here in Adanac at least.I agree they need a more direct and widespread advertising campaign, similar to but hopefully less annoying than the Dos Equis masterpiece. They crushed my will,I might just try this Dos Equis.
